I know there are areas out there that are in something of a sellers market, but I think what’s happening mostly is the banks are sitting on the foreclosures. We have one next door to us that’s an fc, there’s a sign on it, but they’re not accepting offers on it. The fc’s do seem to be more complicated one way or another.
